In this database, you will find state policy information (statutory
and finance) for all 50 states. For a smaller number of states,
you will also find information on how state rules and regulations
address kindergarten.
The information in this database was gathered by conducting statutory
reviews across all 50 states and by surveying the kindergarten
specialist in each state department of education.
