Data Quality Campaign Announces 3-Year Progress
As a managing partner of the Data Quality Campaign (DQC), the Education Commission of the States (ECS) helped in an effort to improve student-level longitudinal data systems. Released on Nov. 15th, the third DQC progress annual report shows six states having all 10 elements of a comprehensive data system that can track student progress from preschool through college, and 48 states having at least half the elements. The DQC was launched in 2005 to boost student achievement by improving the quality, accessibility and use of data in education. Read the full press release
